Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive/Admin to support daily HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, onboarding, timesheets, travel, and learning initiatives. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:Manage employee onboarding – offer letters, documentation, HR files, and database updates.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and support.
Track and manage timesheets, client approvals, and company assets.
Coordinate onsite travel, visa processing, and employee letters.
Support learning and development programmes and employee engagement activities.
Assist in HR communications, culture-building, and ad-hoc admin projects.
- 1–3 years of HR or admin experience preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Excel / HR systems (Odoo preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
