As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and improving our IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality support to colleagues. • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and other IT systems.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to users across various departments.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and backups to keep infrastructure secure and efficient.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve IT issues.
• Assist in IT projects aimed at improving our systems and processes.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

• Proven experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking, and system security.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Experience with backup solutions, virtualization, and cloud technologies is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
