Position: Hygiene manager- night shift (Permanent)

Our client is a large, complex site undergoing exciting transformation, and they’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Hygiene Manager to drive standards, lead change, and embed best practice across the night shift operation.

The Role

As Night Shift Hygiene Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

* Leading and developing the hygiene team across all night shift operations

* Ensuring full compliance with food safety, BRC, and customer standards

* Driving continuous improvement in hygiene processes and documentation

* Collaborating with production, technical, and engineering teams to support site-wide initiatives

* Managing audits, training, and corrective actions with confidence and clarity

* Supporting cultural change and embedding high standards during a period of transformation

About You

You’ll bring:

* Proven experience in hygiene management within food manufacturing

* Strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and allergen control

* A confident, people-focused leadership style with the ability to coach and challenge
