Hygiene Manager- Night Shift

The Role

As Night Shift Hygiene Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the hygiene team across all night shift operations
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, BRC, and customer standards
• Driving continuous improvement in hygiene processes and documentation
• Collaborating with production, technical, and engineering teams to support site-wide initiatives
• Managing audits, training, and corrective actions with confidence and clarity
• Supporting cultural change and embedding high standards during a period of transformation

• Proven experience in hygiene management within food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and allergen control
• A confident, people-focused leadership style with the ability to coach and challenge
• Flexibility, resilience, and a solutions-driven mindset
• Experience working night shifts and managing teams in a high-pressure environment
