We are currently seeking a Machine Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our production process, responsible for setting up and maintaining machinery to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and quality in our product line-up.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments for efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the production process.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
  • Document machine settings and adjustments for quality control purposes.
  • Train new operators on machinery and best practices for operation and safety.

Hours of work

Backshift
- Monday
- Friday-

Weekend
- Friday & Monday , Saturday & Sunday

  • Experience in a similar role within food production or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food production environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail to maintain product quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
