We're partnering with a successful and growing food manufacturing business near Glasgow that is looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to join its leadership team. Following continued investment and increasing customer demand, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving performance across a busy and well-established manufacturing site.

You'll be at the heart of the operation, driving performance, developing talent, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity across the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing production team Deliver operational targets across safety, quality, cost and service Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards Monitor and analyse KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required Manage labour planning to meet production demands effectively Coach and support Supervisors and Team Leaders to maximise team performance Promote a positive, engaged and accountable team culture About You We're keen to speak with ambitious production leaders who can bring energy, drive and strong people management skills to the role.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor or Production Manager
