Washplant Operator Backshift

We're currently looking for a proactive Washplant Operator to join our team, working backshift Sunday to Thursday with every 3rd saturday. This role is essential in ensuring our potato cleaning process meets our high standards for quality before the products proceed to the production line.

• Efficiently operate and monitor the washplant machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on washed potatoes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of washing equipment to uphold operational standards.
• Document production metrics and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and address any operational challenges.

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing role is desirable, especially in a food-related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Good teamwork abilities and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work the specified days, including weekends.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in industrial settings.
