Retail Area Collector (Part Time, Permanent – closing in 3 days at 23:59 BST)

We are looking for an enthusiastic retail area collector to support our charity shop operations. You will collect and deliver donated goods, assess quality, and provide excellent customer service both in the shop and during delivery.

• Collect donated goods from private residences.
• Deliver goods to the shop or pre‑designated locations.
• Assess donated items for quality and suitability.
• Assist in shop operations when not driving.
• Perform manual handling of goods, adhering to safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and deliveries.

• Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
• Full and current driving licence.
• Passion for charity retailing.
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet.
