Mobile HGV Trailer Technician

We are currently seeking a Mobile

HGV Trailer Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Commercial Vehicle Servicing Company based in the Glasgow area.

The successful Mobile

HGV Trailer Technician can expect a salary of up to £37,000 with OTE of circa £45,000.

• Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGV trailers
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaise with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation

• Experience as a Trailer / HGV Technician is essential
• Experience with Trailers - Tail Lifts, Curtain Siders etc.
• HGV Driving License would be beneficial but is not essential
• Level 2/3 qualifications (or equivalent) would be an added advantage but is not essential
• Excellent time keeping skills
• To understand the importance of accuracy.
• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to plan ahead effectively and multi-task.
