Transport Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transport Manager based in our Airdrie location. The Transport Manager will oversee transportation operations, manage fleet logistics, and ensure efficient and safe transport activity. Responsibilities include optimizing fleet performance, scheduling, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients will also be key components of the role.

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Transportation Management to oversee logistics and optimize workflows.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Expertise in Fleet Management, including vehicle maintenance scheduling, compliance checks, and route optimization.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient and reliable transport operations.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards is highly beneficial.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
