As a key member of our branch network, our transport planners are the unsung heroes behind the scenes. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless daily operations, from organising driver schedules for deliveries and collections to solving challenges as they arise on the road.

• Assist with arranging of the delivery of replacement hire vehicles to customers.
• Liaising with the Proximo branch network to secure suitable vehicles for our customers.
• Arranging collections of clients hire vehicles.
• Reporting of issues regarding collections of vehicles to Head Office.
• Checking and inputting driver hours, agency driver hours, expenses, and fuel costs daily.
• Updating client files with relevant information using the bespoke company system.
• Overseeing accurate recording of any vehicle damage.
