Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical accounting guidance and compliance with IFRS

• Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Lead a team of six direct reports, fostering their growth

• Act as the main contact for external auditors during annual reviews

• Develop and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA/CA designation

• 5+ years of relevant technical accounting experience

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a finance role

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of SAP

• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
