As a Plant Controller at one of North America’s leading tea and coffee manufacturers, you will ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Operations Finance, you will be responsible for key financial insights and budgeting while developing strategic initiatives to optimize plant performance. This position requires a blend of strong accounting knowledge and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and financial variances to improve efficiency

• Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes

• Implement and monitor overhead standards for cost control

• Support documentation and analysis for special projects

• Enhance data reporting systems to support plant operations

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business or Accounting is essential

• 2-3 years of plant-level manufacturing accounting experience

• Strong inventory management skills and budgeting expertise

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP software systems

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
