Position: Accounts Payable Analyst at GROTE ELECTRONICS
Become an integral part of GROTE ELECTRONICS as an Accounts Payable Analyst, supporting efficient operations on the manufacturing floor in Waterloo. Manage the full accounts payable cycle, maintain vendor relationships, and provide key administrative support.

This role reports directly to the Controller and focuses on handling vendor invoices and payments. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate processing, coding, and record-keeping to maintain effective business operations. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential to resolve any invoicing issues and keep accounts current.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices digitally and maintain records

• Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts

• Enter and upload invoices into accounting systems

• Ensure correct general ledger coding for payments

• Resolve invoice issues with vendors and departments

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Finance

• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience

• Strong understanding of AP processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Knowledge of ERP software; JD Edwards is a plus
