We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate with 2-4 years of experience. Key responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable management, inventory reconciliations, and payroll preparation. You will regularly prepare reports and verify complex calculations as part of your daily tasks, ensuring accuracy throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry for accurate accounts

• Process and review accounts payable invoices promptly

• Verify vendor invoices and rectify discrepancies

• Assist with payroll processing for multiple locations
