Located at the Durham Centre, you will assist the Property Management team with various administrative functions. Key duties include managing communications, updating databases, creating purchase orders, and organizing events for tenants. Your attention to detail will help maintain the office environment and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative tasks for Property Management
• Greet and assist visitors and tenants effectively
• Manage scheduling, deliveries, and meeting setups
• Update databases for tenant and contractor information
• Create purchase orders and process payments
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
