Position: TEP Fiber Construction Inspector Role

This full-time position places you at the heart of construction management, where you’ll interact daily with project managers, engineers, and crews. Your responsibilities will vary from fieldwork to administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with all project specifications while working in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily construction activities for fiber optic installations

• Conduct on-site inspections in changing weather

• Verify installation depths and locations of facilities

• Monitor and record installations alongside construction teams

• Maintain adherence to project quality standards

Requirements:

• Clean driving record for the past 7 years

• Ability to function in challenging climatic conditions

• Experience with Microsoft Office and good communication skills

• Knowledge of telecommunications systems preferred

• Flexibility for up to 80% travel
