The Corporation of the Town of Ajax seeks a Senior Building Inspector to enforce the Building Code Act, Ontario Building Code, and related by-laws. You will inspect construction, document status and deficiencies, and provide expert advice to permit holders and building professionals.
Responsibilities include issuing orders, coordinating with Fire Department, and guiding colleagues. A strong background in building codes and CM knowledge is required, with a valid G license and clear PSP check upon
