As the first point of contact, the Membership Concierge I fosters relationships with both members and guests. With a commitment to service, you’ll facilitate phone communications and educate visitors on club offerings. This role emphasizes creating extraordinary experiences to boost member loyalty and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for all members and guests

• Facilitate and respond to incoming calls efficiently

• Educate visitors about programs, pricing, and policies

• Foster relationships by exemplifying a hospitality mindset

• Assist with transactions and general account changes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months service experience required

• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire

• Available to work at least 15 hours weekly

• Strong communication skills essential

• Must multi-task in a fast-paced environment
