Support Representative Sales

Position: Inside Support Representative for Sales Growth
Join Gordon Food Service's team as an Inside Support Representative to drive sales and customer satisfaction. This role supports District Sales Representatives through effective communication and order management in a hybrid setting.

In this 3-month contract based in Ajax, you will engage with customers via phone and email to ensure their needs are met.

Your role is pivotal in fostering client relationships and assisting in sales activities, contributing to the overall growth of the business. This position requires onsite presence at least four days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support DSRs by processing orders and customer requests

• Collaborate on internal reporting and customer record maintenance

• Assist with promotional events and food show registrations

• Track customer complaints and communicate issues to management

• Handle delivery adjustments and routing inquiries

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail with time management expertise

• Ability to learn and utilize various software applications

• Experience in customer service environments

• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
