Lend Care is seeking a Client Success Specialist to enhance customer experiences in financial solutions. In this role, you will demonstrate empathy while negotiating payment plans and managing overdue accounts. Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate empathy in customer interactions
• Perform outbound calls for account collections
• Negotiate repayment plans effectively with customers
• Manage delinquent accounts efficiently
• Document interactions and collection processes accurately
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of collections or customer service experience
• Familiarity with automated dialer systems is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to pass background checks and legally work in Canada
