In this contract role, you will be at the forefront of promoting Elexicon's mission to provide outstanding energy services. Your daily duties will pedal around maintaining professional customer dealings, resolving inquiries across varied channels, and documenting customer interactions. You will also coordinate with field staff and ensure key performance indicators are met for an optimal customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide positive and professional customer interactions
• Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Document records of customer accounts and interactions
• Execute billing and collection tasks accurately
• Generate reports to support operational goals
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment
