Elevate customer interactions as a Contract Customer Experience Agent with Elexicon Energy in Ajax, ON.
Your role is vital in resolving inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction.
In this 12-month contract, you will uphold Elexicon Energy's values by providing exceptional service and responsiveness to customer needs. Responsibilities revolve around handling inquiries, documenting interactions, and coordinating work activities of field staff to ensure seamless operations. Your organizational skills will support the alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain empathy and professionalism in customer dealings
• Ensure comprehensive handling of customer inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Process billing and coordination of retailer relations
• Support reporting and performance indicators across tasks
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software
• Strong problem-solving and judgment abilities
• Capability to multitask effectively
