Position: Health-Focused Membership Concierge Role
Elevate the member experience as a Membership Concierge I at Life Time! In this role, you’ll provide high-quality service and help guests on their journey towards living a healthier life.

As a Membership Concierge, your primary focus will be to greet members and guests, addressing inquiries and facilitating their club experience. You will maintain updated knowledge on all offerings including programming and policies, ensuring loyalty through extraordinary service. This position blends customer service with a passion for health, ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist all members and guests effectively

• Field incoming communication promptly

• Keep members informed about events and programs

• Build relationships by delivering memorable interactions

• Aid in transaction management and account changes

Requirements:

• At least 6 months in service or reception roles

• Must complete Concierge Certification upon hiring

• Minimum 15 hours of availability each week

• Effective multitasking in a busy environment

• Good ability to communicate verbally
