Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I to become the face of our fitness community. This engaging role requires a passion for healthy living and effective communication skills. You will educate guests about club programs and assist with their needs, while maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests as the first point of contact

• Manage incoming calls and respond to member inquiries

• Provide information on events, pricing, and policies

• Build lasting relationships through extraordinary service

• Assist members with account transactions and changes

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of service or reception experience

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours weekly

• Strong passion for health and wellness

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Capability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment
