Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders through phone and email communications

• Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs

• Participate in sales meetings and coordinate event registrations

• Provide delivery and routing support as required

• Detail recurring customer issues and report them to management

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good time management and organizational capabilities

• Experience in 10-key data entry and computer literacy

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently

• Knowledge of sales and customer management software preferred
