Part-Time English Teacher

Oxford Learning Ajax is seeking a passionate part-time English Teacher to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The role might expand to Saturday mornings, allowing the right candidate to positively impact students' learning experiences. Ideal for educators who enjoy guiding students and facilitating language skills development, this role requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students simultaneously

• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies

• Fill in detailed post-lesson notes

• Maintain daily communication updates for students

• Keep a friendly and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification

• Experience teaching Grades 7-12 or similar

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to multitask efficiently

• Teaching certification preferred
