LTO Grade 3 Educator St. Teresa of Calcutta

Join St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School as a Grade 3 LTO educator starting September 2, 2026. This full-time role is dedicated to supporting an inclusive and equitable classroom environment.

This position requires candidates to hold a valid certification from the Ontario College of Teachers. The educator will play a vital role in nurturing diverse learners and ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed. Placement on the salary grid is based on QECO evaluation and teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective lesson plans for Grade 3

• Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive educational atmosphere

• Assess and track student progress through various methods

• Engage with parents and the community to support learning

• Attend workshops and training to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:

• Must have certification from the Ontario College of Teachers

• Primary Basic Qualifications required

• Strong commitment to equity in education

• Flexibility in addressing diverse educational needs

• Experience in primary education is preferred
