Swegon Systems Analyst - Engineering and Configuration

Lead engineering and configuration processes at Swegon North America as a Systems Analyst. Drive optimization efforts and enhance digital workflows in a hybrid model.

In your role as the Systems Analyst, you will act as a critical bridge between engineering and commercial systems. This position requires proven experience in CPQ platforms and meticulous management of configurators and workflows. You will partner with engineering and IT teams to ensure alignment in product data and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify workflow optimization opportunities in engineering

• Manage CPQ platform configurations and pricing logic

• Ensure integrity of master data across systems

• Collaborate on dashboard development for analytics

• Test and validate new configurations as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3–7+ years of experience in systems analysis

• Experience with CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ

• Comprehension of engineering change control
