Position: Swegon HVAC Engineer Role ON
Join Swegon North America as an HVAC Application Engineer in Ajax, Ontario, where innovation meets excellence in indoor environment solutions. This role allows you to apply your engineering skills in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

In this key position, you will work closely with the Project Engineering Manager to create and implement seismic restraint designs and vibration isolation systems. Your expertise in building codes and project specifications will ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to drive continuous improvement and streamline engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering calculations for NVC solutions

• Design equipment bases and structural elements

• Lead engineering process improvements

• Coordinate with stamping engineers for design approvals

• Maintain documentation standards for the NVC team

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Civil-Structural Engineering degree

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience

• Strong knowledge of seismic building codes

• Proven leadership and project management skills

• Experience with ERP systems like Infor M3
