Our client, a large privately held manufacturer, is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee their engineering operations. This collaborative leadership position requires a strong focus on developing a technically proficient team while meeting new product introduction and production readiness goals. The role calls for an experienced individual who is adept at partnering with various functional leads to align on the company's strategic directives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement in engineering and manufacturing processes

• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team effectively

• Oversee new product introduction and validation activities

• Collaborate with commercial teams to meet customer requirements

• Review and approve engineering project documentation for accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field

• 7+ years' experience in a precision manufacturing environment

• 5+ years' leadership experience managing direct reports

• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

• Experience with tooling or die-casting is highly valued
