Your role will enhance production standards and ensure quality through effective supervision and troubleshooting.
In this full-time position, you will leverage your degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and hands-on experience in injection mold machine operations. Your insight into process development and mentoring capabilities will be indispensable in enhancing team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead daily injection molding operations
• Analyze and improve molding process parameters
• Supervise team and ensure process consistency
• Conduct tooling and mold reviews for new projects
• Deliver training for technicians on process standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years in a Process/Product Engineer role
• Proficient in handling injection machines over 750 Ton
• Decisive leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
