Join CPUS Engineering as a Design Engineer focused on the Engineering Change Control (ECC) process. Engage in various design disciplines while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
This role at CPUS Engineering invites qualified engineers, especially those experienced in Fuel Handling, Mechanical, and Civil Design. You will lead modifications and enhancements, prepare technical documentation, and support project scope through evaluations and assessments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is vital to achieving engineering solutions and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engineering design changes and modifications
• Prepare and approve engineering specifications, calculations, and reports
• Conduct technical assessments and field evaluations for projects
• Collaborate with Operations and external vendors for successful delivery
• Mentor and provide oversight to junior engineers and designers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant field)
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• 5+ years of engineering experience in nuclear or power generation
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
