Under the supervision of the Technical Services & Maintenance Contracts Supervisor, this seasonal position provides operational and field support in areas such as contract administration and inspections. Your contributions will help maintain high service levels and compliance with municipal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide seasonal support for maintenance contract administration
• Conduct routine inspections and record findings
• Help monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to contracts
• Communicate effectively with contractors regarding deficiencies
• Assist with documentation related to curb cutting and permits
Requirements:
• Civil engineering technology education preferred
• Experience in field inspections and contract compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Valid Class G driver's license in good standing
