Lead cardiology clinic operations at WELL Health Diagnostic Centres, using healthcare management and data analysis skills across daily operations.
Reporting to the Regional Leader, the Cardiology Assistant Manager oversees clinic operations, accounting functions, physician relations, and team management. This healthcare management role supports scheduling, billing, equipment coordination, process improvement, and regulatory readiness. Excel and data analysis inform operational and financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily cardiology clinic operations and frontline business activities
- Prepare schedules and optimize equipment utilization and coverage
- Track billings, collections, private invoices, and budget variance
- Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, supplies, and facility issues
- Monitor KPIs and implement sustainable process improvements
- Three or more years managing healthcare or pharmaceutical operations
- Willingness to travel to various clinics
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Effective leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
