Support older adults at Chartwell through compassionate personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration, and daily resident support.
As a Guest Attendant, you will help residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. The work includes personal care, laundry, light housekeeping, meal service, and individual care plans. You will also communicate instructions, address concerns, and follow health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with dressing, meals, mobility, and daily routines
- Provide laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service support
- Administer medications according to individual care plans
- Maintain clean, safe resident areas and follow protocols
- Respond to concerns and report to the Health and Wellness Manager
- Experience in personal care, laundry, food service, or support services
- Secondary school education; care-field training preferred
- Ability to read, follow, and communicate instructions effectively
- Empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs
- Flexible availability and ability to respond during emergencies
