As a Cyber Security Supervisor at Elexicon Energy, you'll spearhead cyber security initiatives, marrying governance and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cyber security strategy and architecture for Elexicon

• Lead incident response efforts and manage security tools

• Develop and maintain vulnerability management programs

• Supervise and mentor the cyber security team

• Coordinate security awareness training across the organization

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of cyber security experience, including management

• Strong background in security governance and tool application

• Familiar with Ontario Cyber Security Framework and other standards

• Educational background in Cyber Security or a related field

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred
