Take on a vital role within Open Text’s global Corporate Technology Platform Engineering team. You will use your extensive experience to support and design enterprise solutions while ensuring the performance and reliability of mission-critical systems, contributing to the company's digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory issues
• Build and deploy Windows servers for enterprise use
• Provide tier-3 on-call support for vital production systems
• Create and support technical solutions per business needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Systems Administrator
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure management
• Strong background in Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with Power Shell and automation techniques
