Part-Time Facility Maintenance Support

As a Facility Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining Town facilities. This is a part-time, temporary position requiring flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and emptying garbage

• Lock exterior doors to ensure facility security

• Prepare rooms for events and assist during meetings

• Conduct minor equipment repairs as needed

• Provide way finding assistance to the public

Requirements:

• Minimum High School diploma

• At least 1 year related experience

• Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid

• Ability to lift heavy objects and manage physical tasks

• Valid Class G Driver's License with satisfactory record
