Age Care seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support its mission of empowering residents. This position requires flexibility and collaboration with various departments to maintain a clean and healthy environment. You will be responsible for addressing repairs both inside and outside the building, along with monitoring the preventative maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine repairs on plumbing, drywall, and electrical

• Oversee gardening and landscaping tasks to enhance facility appearance

• Schedule inspections and collaborate with the General Manager

• Maintain checklists for building equipment and lighting systems

• Prioritize maintenance activities for efficient scheduling

Requirements:

• General knowledge of electric and plumbing systems
