Office Cleaner​/Janitor

We are looking for an experienced, reliable commercial cleaner for a medical clinic in Ajax.

This is a permanent, part-time cleaning position, 3 times per week. The account can be handled by one experienced cleaner or a couple working together.

NO SUBCONTRACTING / NO CLEANING COMPANIES.

Facility Information:

• Location: Ajax, Ontario
• Facility: Medical clinic
• Frequency: 3 times per week
• Pay: $675 per month – flat monthly rate
• For one cleaner, the cleaning generally takes approximately 2 to 2½ hours per visit, averaging approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes
• Cleaning time may vary somewhat depending on the season and the condition of the facility.
• A couple may work together and divide the workload.

Cleaning Duties / Core Tasks:

• Vacuuming.
• Mopping floors.
• Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms.
• Cleaning sinks, counters and fixtures.
• Dusting.
• Emptying garbage and recycling.
• Cleaning reception, waiting, office and common areas.
• Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
• Following the established cleaning specifications for the clinic.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 15 years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Reliable, punctual and consistent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently without supervision.
• Own reliable vehicle and transportation.
• References required.
• Must be looking for a reliable, long-term cleaning position.
• Police clearance/background check may be required.
