Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CSAE 3416 and SOX audit programs effectively

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations for audit execution

• Lead quality assurance and communicate results

• Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs

• Mentor and develop a team of finance associates

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in audit and financial reporting

• Relevant designation (CPA, CIA, etc.) required

• Knowledge of IFRS and SOX controls

• Proven managerial and coaching experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
