Maintenance Mechanic – Manufacturing (Ajax, ON)
$43–$48/hr | 12-hr continental | Benefits + RRSP Match

Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic looking to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment? Our Ajax-based client is hiring motivated mechanics to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant machinery, ensuring smooth operations every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, including lathes, welders, milling machines, drill presses, cutting tools, and more
• Fabricate or repair parts as needed to keep production running
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively
• Assist with installing or relocating large plant equipment
• Support food safety and quality processes as required

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years industrial or manufacturing experience
• Fully Licensed or Registered Apprentice (3rd & 4th year) in:
  Millwright, Mechanic, or Tool & Die
• Skilled with industrial tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Safety-focused and committed to following procedures 100% of the time
• Forklift license is an asset
