Experienced CNC Programmer in Manufacturing

This role demands a skilled individual with over five years of CNC machining experience, particularly with Siemens and Fanuc controls. You will create and maintain CNC programs while developing robust tooling and setup procedures. Additionally, you will support a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the shop floor and coordinate closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage CNC Programs and associated log files

• Implement Laser Tool Measuring on CNC machines

• Prepare Setup Sheets, Tool Lists, and Maintenance documents

• Design probing routines for quality assurance

• Collaborate with engineering for improved manufacturing processes

Requirements:

• Proficient in CATIA V5 and simulation software like NCSimul

• Strong experience with Siemens and Fanuc control systems

• Hands-on tool knowledge and CNC troubleshooting experience

• Minimum 5 years in CNC machining environments

• Strong proficiency in mathematics and PC skills
