Adecco is seeking a skilled MRO Coordinator to join our team in Ajax, ON, focusing on streamlining operations in the Machine Shop. Utilize your strong organizational skills to prioritize and coordinate workflows.
This full-time role, under a 24-month temporary contract, requires Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency. You will coordinate with planners for workflow enhancement and handle materials and resources. Your contributions in reporting and Continuous Improvement will be valuable to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate workflow within the Machine Shop
• Ensure parts availability aligns with customer needs
• Manage work orders effectively using SAP
• Update reporting tools to minimize non-value-added tasks
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Engineering or Business
• Proficient in administrative tasks and SAP
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous production planning experience
