Kelly is seeking an experienced Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) for a full-time role in a modern manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot and maintain high-speed production equipment while cooperating with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. This position emphasizes safety and quality, demanding strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed packaging equipment

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks

• Respond to and resolve production breakdowns

• Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes

• Assist with fabrication and welding services

Requirements:

• Experience in food or high-speed manufacturing

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with automated production machinery

• Welding, fabrication, and machining experience

• Independent work capability in a team setting
