Key Responsibilities:
• Hone holes precisely according to technical specifications
• Control quality and make corrective adjustments
• Optimize work processes and tools continuously
• Read blueprints accurately for project execution
• Collaborate effectively with team members on tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in machine shop experience
• Proficient with honing stones and mandrels
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Basic CNC knowledge is a plus
• Capable of adapting to changing priorities
