Medical Device Production Assembler

Operate pre-wired electrode machinery at Cardinal Health-Gananoque while producing disposable medical devices in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Apply careful manual assembly and quality-focused production skills.

Cardinal Health-Gananoque manufactures life-impacting medical devices within Canada’s healthcare supply chain. As a Production Assembler, you will set up semi-automated equipment, replenish materials, complete wire placement, wrapping, packaging, and machine adjustments. You will also support cleaning, preventative maintenance, and in-process quality assurance.

• Operate semi-automated pre-wired electrode machines safely
• Set up equipment and replenish correct production materials
• Perform wire placement, wrapping, packaging, and manual processes
• Monitor operation, coding, guards, and line clearances
• Sample products and document quality checks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Machine maintenance and problem-solving ability
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset
• Comfort lifting up to 10 pounds repetitively
• Availability for rotating day and night shifts
