Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and plan individualized nursing care

• Administer medications per physician orders

• Monitor and document patients’ conditions accurately

• Assist in the set-up of medical equipment for procedures

• Facilitate effective communication with patients and families
Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Registered Practical Nurse designation

• Diploma from an accredited community college

• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience

• BCLS certification is mandatory

• Excellent documentation and communication skills
