Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing services and resident care coordination

• Conduct shift reports to keep the team informed

• Record and document changes in residents' health status

• Process and implement physician orders promptly

• Direct and guide the Practical Nurses and Support Workers

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Experienced in rehabilitation or long-term care

• Registered and in good standing with the nursing board

• Knowledgeable about healthcare regulations and standards

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
